Yo-yo....You would never know that I was able to lose 32 pounds just two years ago and now seem to be so unable to lose even 7... My motivation and energy are low and I don't stick with anything more than a couple of days before I dwindle away. Had to buy new clothes for summer because nothing from last year fits. I have put on 25 pounds since November. Working swing shifts is taking a toll on me. Even when I am working out and making an effort, the weight is excruciatingly slow to come off. Can you say "frustration"? So, here I am, making yet another attempt to start anew. I will be leaving to go camping at Oconee in the mountains in 44 days. My goal is to lose 15 pounds and my motivation is to fit into the swimsuits I bought last year, even if they're snug!
