grr... have to sort my weekend socializing out. i think that must be my problem for slow losses, as watching points carefully thru week and exercising daily but too many alcohol drinks(wasted calories) and not strict food choices on weekends being a downfall i reckon. sooo i know what needs to change just gotta do it, not on maintainence yet!
166.4 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

I am to same way! I have a party coming up this weekend and margaritas sound good after a hard week! We can do it! Just keep thinking "Healthy Foods" lol I hope you do well this weekend!!!
