Due to being sick yesterday I decided not to follow the diet yesterday in orde to regain strength cause i wasnt eating very much. Luckly today i feel somewhat better and will now continue I did not weigh in this morning because of eating and dont want to ruin my motivation and i will weigh in on monday now to see a nice big drop.
