Out in the warehuse with the crew all day today. Definitely good exercise, just not sure how to enter it. Lots of walking and lifting. Housework? Yardwork? looking for equivelents.

Mike - I have that problem too - which is why I don't bother recording exercise. Where is "Play with Dog"?

Hee hee. Just called it housework. Buffy...I used to not record the exercise, but I love making that arrow in the diet calendar go down! Its good seeing a good walk or run kick one of my meals for the day right on out the door!
