Very nice girl!!!! I can't believe you lost an inch on your thighs! I can't lose anything there no matter how hard I try. I've recently being doing side lunges - fingers crossed those bad boys go down!!!!!

I know, thighs r my problem to cos of my job, I sit a lot. But I've been biking to the gym and anywhere else and at the classes I'm taking we do a lota squats (with 20lbs bar), lunges and even jump a little with the barbell LOL Still Wanna loose anth inch or so down there or at least turn it to muscle. Weird but I started with the same weight 108lbs a month a go and as of 2day I'm the same but measurements r different :)

No kidding - an inch of your thighs is great progress! Looking good :-) I've been told a million times that strength training can make you smaller, but it didn't truly sink in for me until I was at the same weight I had previously recorded with different measurements. It stinks to be a pear and have your weight all focus on your hips, butt and thighs!

Hey Nat, I never was into strength training at all, I was one of "them" thinking - I'm a chick I don't need no lift! LOL I only did cardio and cud drop my weight really low and be a walking skeleton LMAO But now I see how lifting is changing ur whole physique, I love it!
