Pizza and beer at the movies last night, but I'd planned for it so didn't go over. The 30-minute running is a great addition to my days. Makes me feel good. Tomorrow I begin the pushup challenge.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
