I really want to post a good number next week. I haven't lost any weight in a month. I am going to stay focused this week. I will try not to have any bread or grain. Breakfast, protein shake. Snack, fruit. Lunch, chicken salad. snack, protein bar. Dinner, fish and squash. And that's it!! I hope to be 172 something by Tuesday!
