So... :( it was my husbands birthday on Wednesday, and a friend came into town yesterday, so I didn't watch what I was eating. It was delicious that is sure, but it's definitely showing on the scale. That's not going to stop me ;), from getting back on track... so my mini goal of 8.5 lbs is going to be my focus.
