Yesterday 100% of my goals met and so far so good today! Going to go running on the treadmill with my friend 450 miles away (we chat on the phone during our workout). Love working out with others, makes the time fly.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
