So yesterday has total fuckkkked my diet up!! I'm blaming PMT!!! I just want to eat everything I'm even eyeing up my little dog ;) haha I'm having another bad day today,,, then I am back on this Saturday!!!! And breatheeeeee xx

Relax! days off, cheat meals, binges, they are all fine so long as you remain calm and collected, and get back on track. Think how long its taken to lose the weight, do you really think that in a day you can mess the whole thing up and go back to where you started? You're doing fine and you need to ease off anyway as you reach your target and switch over to a diet (or rather healthy eating) to maintain your target weight.

If you intend eating that poor little animal please make sure you warm it up first as you cant beat a nice “HOT DOG”

some days you just have to say sod it...then get back on the wagon. I think saying a day off is ok but then planning to be 'good' again can give you a breather and make it easier
