Ok FS peeps. I need some advice. I am still needing around 40 grams of protein, 10-15 grams of fiber, 60 carbs per meal, and NO bad cholesterol for the rest of my day. What are some good snack/meal ideas I can glean from you guys?? I do eat a lot of eggs (around 2-3 a day) for their protein and lack of carbs, but I found out two weeks ago that my triglycerides are 239. And eggs are the worst cholesterol food I eat so I don't really know how the heck they're up so high.

full of protein. A small can offers two servings each with 13 grams of protein & 50 calories. To forget the mayo, I dice an onion really fine to mix into the tuna and have a couple slices of avocado along with matzoh cracker sheet which is only 100 calories but very filling with the tuna/avocado. Almond Butter- "It is full of protein, and it only take a little to make you full!" I also make my own Milk Kefir's! Kefir Milk- are packed with Protein-B & K Vitamins, and probiotic's/ acidophilus ! ~GB ANN
