Have a cold. The crazy changes in temperature probably caused me to catch a cold. Maybe the cold helped accelerate my weight loss...we will see.
I will be happy to break the 240 lb barrier.

tuna is chock full of protein. A small can offers two servings each with 13 grams of protein & 50 calories. To forget the mayo, I dice an onion really fine to mix into the tuna and have a couple slices of avocado along with matzoh cracker sheet which is only 100 calories but very filling with the tuna/avocado.
