Ryojiin's Journal, 22 March 2015

Partied hard yesterday, but didn't do too badly as far as food went. Had 3 slices of pizza, 2 full veggie pieces and 1 3-meat. Had about 3-4 cake pops, and 4 mixed drinks with soda. All and all, not too bad, truthfully.

Then the hangover cures came in this morning. Dunkin Donuts, but I did have a large unsweetened iced tea. I'll probably have a left over slice of pizza a bit later, and then a good healthy dinner to sort of "cleanse" the body. Maybe a nice green salad with some spicy chicken, or tuna. We have some frozen salmon we could make up, too.

Back on the workout wagon tomorrow! I might put off my weekly weigh-in until Wednesday instead of Monday, though.
