Enough is enough!

In my profile i state a lot of things, but one of the closing lines is:
"Giving up is not an option!
Gaining BF% is not an option!"

I been really slacking on writing down what i eat for the last half year, and the prove is in the weight gain. No i was not retaining water, i was just retaining fat!
Thank you all for standing by me when i fight with all my might to gyb this ship around... Im not out of the bad weather yet, but i made a real good start and i am proud of myself.

JOKE: i been calculating with this weightloss im done in 10 weeks (*lol*)

we all know that the first kilo are the easiest, and we also know that fast gained is fast off... so i expect my loss to settle down when i start approaching 82 kilo... But that means that i expect the next two weeks to be like this at least!

Thank you again for all your motivating words, and remember my profile also states:
- I am always looking for improvements to my diet or work-out.

have a nice day, Maud.

You may want to try a 45%/35%/20% (carbs/protein/fat) from your daily caloric intake along with HIIT programs. Quick, efficient, can be done at home, up to 36 hour calorie burn benefits, etc. And always remember Let's GO-YA!

Puhpine. I strongly believe in this lifestyle. However, I was scolded and reported by a member for pushing my nutritional and fitness ideas. So I now suggest. Let's GO-YA!
