Did the Level 1 of 30 Day Shred this afternoon and man am I sore! I had read all kinds of good reviews on it and success stories. Gonna try that for a few days and see if it helps.

I just started the Shred challenge. This was my 3rd workout on Level 1 since Last Thursday. I was in sooo much pain the first day or two and while I wasn't able to go 110% the entire time I found that I was able to go further longer and the pushups werent' as killer today. My husban checked out my bicep and said he could feel a change so that is good! Are you in the challenge?

Have you ever tried Leslie Sansone walking videos? I lost a huge chunk of weight using her videos,plus they are easy to follow.

I've never tried the walking videos but I go every night and do 3 miles on the trail or the treadmill. I'm kinda dreading the Shred tonight because I am still sore today. I've already been walking today so I'm saving the video for tonight.
