1775 kcal Fat: 81.95g | Prot: 62.19g | Carb: 201.28g.   Breakfast: Watermelon, Bottled Water. Lunch: Spring Water, 6" Veggie Delite. Dinner: Lil' Bucket Chocolate Creme Parfait Cup, Spicy Ranch Dressing, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Green Leaf Lettuce, reese's peanut butter cup, Kettle Cooked sea salt and cracked pepper, Snickers. more...

Down a pound! Good for you! I hope your family food situation improves. Might I make a suggestion. Whenever you eat food they make or bring home you should look up the calories/sodium/carbs per portion and quote the numbers to them and eat it if you have to. Say things like, I can't eat very much of this compared to XYZ you brought home the other day. Maybe then they will bring home healthier choices for you at least. Just a thought. I can only imagine the challenge of cutting calories when you aren't in complete control of your own diet.
