So 2 packages of cookies, 1 Oh Henry bar, chocolate chips in my Greek Yougurt, 4 hot chocolate, no gym since Monday and I lost weight...I starve myself and I gain. Makes no sense sometimes...
129.4 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
