Didn't get to bike out to the beaches, but I have a whole work-free weekend ahead of me for stuff like that!

Instead, I came home and helped Ian reorganize some of the living room furniture. Then we made dinner together. Delish! Found a new recipe in one of my new favourite cookbooks. The book is called "Eat, Shrink and Be Merry." We made penne with a pesto and balsamic vinegar sauce, with chicken, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms and red onions. And tonight I only ate one helping of Creamy Cucumber Dill Salad! (Mostly because I want to watch a movie with some air popped popcorn later...)

Got in 45 minutes of cardio, in addition to my being at work, running up and down stairs and carrying liquor bottles for almost six hours!

Looking forward to a simple Monday, filled with doing laundry, grocery shopping, tub scrubbing and maybe even window washing...
