Michael-Anderson's Journal, 08 March 2015

Well Sunday is my weigh in day, I am very nervous since I haven't really kept my diet very well. I stepped on the scale yesterday, it read that I was down 2lbs but I had just eaten about 20 min prior. This losing an hour is going to hurt. However now that it is getting warmer I will be able to start doing some more. My knee, which I think may need replaced with in the next year or two, has been really hurting with what I have been doing and it is kind of aggravating and defeating but I have been pushing through even though it gave out on me twice today and boy what a fall I took, it was kind of funny to watch I'm sure, but not to feel.
