I, completely, understand why you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday. It's very discouraging when the scale does not move. I can't believe that in about 3 weeks or so, I've gained 4 pounds! I know I overdid it 4th of July weekend but it's almost as if the weight from a couple of weeks ago when I only gained 8 ounces (and I thought it should have been more) has finally showed up on me. Oh to be in the 160s again. I am trying to motivate myself into being "good" again but it seems to have stalled somewhat. To top it off, I haven't been sleeping that well. Maybe that has to do with the weight too, hmmm...
