Feeling really sick today. Nauseous, dizzy, heart rate up and beating hard. Blogilates wasn't even that intense today, it was just arm day with about 10 minutes of HIIT cardio mixed in, so I don't think it was that. So I'll just take it easy the rest of the day, sip water and warm tea, and eat lightly. Don't think I'm actually getting sick or anything, I think it's just my regular nausea acting up.
