So my protein has arrived 🎉!! I was dying to try the peanut butter flavdrops.. Errm yuk! thank goodness I got strawberry and a banana one!! Am feeling really full after having one shake already I don't think I'll want my dinner or another shake!!

Oh well I guess you can add real peanut butter on occasion for treat. I like toffee flavor, put it in my porridge.

Ohhh that'll be good!! With the choc drops and almond milk.. Be like a snickers :) yummy!!! The banana and strawberry are wicked x

Oh that's great to hear your protein powder has now arrived. Hopefully you'll notice a big difference in cravings from now on :-). I usually get hit with major sugar cravings around that "time of the month", then I'll have a few scoops of protein powder as a shake & all is well with the world again lol.

Haha!! Love it!! Usually the same.. Wanting to actually eat a 2kg bag of sugar :-D... Feeling gr8 having these bad boys, however I've read they can make u gain weight? I hope this isn't true bhaaaha x

Nah! I've been using isolate protein powders for ages. As long as you use the carb / sugar free ones & drink lots of water with them then they'll actually help you with your weight loss goals. I find lots of water to be very key to their usage though. 4 scoops with 2 ltr of water does the trick for me (to kill cravings), but does have me running to the loo for the next hour lol.

Oh! I only do the 4 scoops trick for cravings around TOM!, otherwise I try keep them aside & only really use them if I feel I didn't get in enough protein that day. As my usual daily protein source usually comes from things like eggs, chicken, 95% lean beef, pork, lamb, fish, cottage cheese, greek yogurt etc.

Ahhh that wicked then!!! So glad they don't haha.. Defo have to have everyday as I used to get 10% or under in protein??water is a biggie, now I can't go anywhere without it lol :D x
