Enjoying a nice down trend since and post vacation. I always have a very active Sunday with lower calories. I had set a secret internal goal of 170 after I hit 175 and I am getting close. I am very happy with the way I am feeling and looking. My old clothes simply do not fit anymore...a nice problem to have!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
