So I had a bad week and a half but I refuse to beat myself up about it. Stuff happens and I just have to move forward.
275.9 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 76.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is what is. All you can do is pick up from where you are at right now. The trick is to start now - not next day or even the next meal- that way you have that back in control feeling.
