I didn't want to do it but I had to put in that I gained nearly a pound. I put that pound on not long after my 186.3 weigh in and I have not managed to loose it. I have been doing fitness and running along with biking and Wii active. I got really fed up and ate 2 cream teas over the weekend and had a KFC and did I put any weight on – NO!!! So how is this possible?

How can I eat healthy and do the fitness and not loose that pound, but go one weekend and stuff my face with all the wrong things and actually not put anymore weight on is bizarre. I shouldn’t complain at all but it does get quite frustrating when you are eating healthy and all you want to do is eat a few things that are naughty once in a while.

I am confused and I must be doing something wrong but I just don’t know what it is. Have I finally reached the weight I am supposed to be because I don’t feel like I have?

It's probably mostly water fluctuations. If I eat a bag of salted popcorn, it is not unusual for me to gain three pounds in one day. Try not to pay much attention to day to day fluctuations but, if it occurs over a period of time, you may be gaining muscle (which weighs five times as much as fat) or you may be deluding yourself with how many overall calories you have taken in vs. how many you have burned. At any rate, you should definitely ignore minor setbacks and just plod on. Keep up the good work!

Bev, you have done so well to date. As per other comment, I think generally you are doing the right thing and this is minor set back and you should not let it affect your routine etc.
