I don't get this at all. Nearly a week of looking after myself and I've put weight on - not lost at all! How depressing. :( Makes you wonder if it's actually worth it in the end.
Tonight the walk 5000 steps a day challenge starts... Can't wait for that, need to find my pedometer though unless anyone can tell me roughly how far I'd need to walk in miles to make that up! LOL
Fast food challenge is going well too. Haven't had a take-away in three days which is a bloody miracle considering how tired I am after work! Not sure what I'm going to do tomorrow though as I'm going out and I know they're planning on buying chips for us all to share...
