Happy Saturday! I have a lot to do today...homework for school, housework, yardwork, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. Hopefully I get everything done today and have time for a workout as well. Tomorrow is the 8k race and I am hoping for a finish time within one hour. (walk/jog)
I would like to drop below 200 by March 1 if possible.
Time to kick myself into high gear with the exercise!!! :)
