Long time no write. Well, I have been on an up and down mode as of late, but still doing well. Of course mother nature always seems to hit at the times when you are doing well. Nonetheless, I am looking forward to the next few weeks of weight loss.

My bday is this Sunday, and although I did not meet my goal of being in the 320s by my bday, I think I have done well overall with my eating habits and that is something to be proud of.

I am now incorporating ALLI in my meals to help give me that extra boost of calorie deficit.

It's takes a long time to reach goals...esp if you're over 300 like us! But the baby steps will lead to strides and strides will lead to running. You'll get there!
