I have not been recording in a while. I'm hoping to get my weight under control now that I am keeping track of my food again. My husband is actually helping me this time instead of sabotaging me with late Del Taco trips. Since we both got into bouldering, we both realized pulling your weight up along a giant rock is a lot easier if you don't have so much fat weighing you down instead of muscle to help things along.
105.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
