A little up today. And yesterday's food journal isn't correct. Instead of cooking dinner at home. We ate out, got invited to a highschool graduation and cooking dinner and the time of the graduation just didn't jive. lol. Still only up 1lb which is marginal, probably the extra salt. The graduation was good, the class had roughly 160 people in it. Four times the size of my graduating class. XD lol. Brought back alot of memories even though I went to a different smaller school. :) Made me think about me then vs. me now. ^.^ And how much life has changed or not changed in all that time.

After dinner tonight, I have company coming over. Really looking forward to it. I don't get many visitors lately. And when I do I'm very happy with it. After the next two weeks I might just be peopled out. lol. But it'll be good to see everyone. :)
255.0 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pretty busy, but my birthday is coming up, so Woot! Nothing like good friends and family to celebrate it with. The foot is okay...one last doctor's apointment on wednesday. There is still a bump but I think it's just scar tissue, the doctor did warn me about it. It's not aching or hurting at this point. So so far so good on that front. :)

Yus! Just need to pick out a gym and get a membership. We've been hitting temps of 100-105 the last few days. Too hot for long walks or jogs during the day, and night time walking just isn't an option unless I can go down to the gym where I don't have to worry about creepy peoples approaching me etc.
