Woke up with slight headache (maybe a migraine in the making since it's on my left side again).

Breakfast: Smoothie (Spinach, 1/2 a Carrot, Grapefruit, Frozen Pineapples, 1/2 Banana, 6oz. Aloe Vera Juice, 1oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk, Water)
130.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
