Well no exercise on Tuesdays and Wednesdays becasue of the teaching job.
Going to try to get 220 min:
Mon-60 min To the Max
Thursday-60 min yoga or weight lifting
Friday - none
Sat- 60 min aerobic
Sun- Run 40 min

I was good super bowl weekend and it seems I only gained salt weight ;Sun 154.4 and Monday was 152.2
