Holidays are a *!@%$! I blew my carbs with a crustless cheese cake! So we are in the same boat -- but REMEMBER its only one day on the road to a new way of life. Or is it "success is moving from one failure to the next with enthusiasm" You are still under 30 carbs and 1500 calories -- don't beat yourself up.

Thanks for the uplift ttacmz! Part of my mind understands that it is a lifestyle and that my lifestyle sometimes involves having carb free cocktails. I should have never touched beer and I should have not gotten buzzed enough to mindlessly eat far too many nuts just before bed!
Thank goodness today is a new day!
