Currently for dessert I'm making banana splits. Here's how you do it and it's pretty darn good! Take a banana, split it down the middle, place it in a bowl or if you want to be fancy... a banana split bowl. Add lowfat yogurt of your choice,1/2 cup or so. top with fresh sliced strawberries. (gotta love Strawberry season), then use a tsp or tbsp of cholocate syrup. I even added a small amount of maple walnut topping. Omiting the icecream make this lower in fat and I think it's delicious!! This also makes a nice breakfast!
