Bad day of eating more excersise has been brought in but made me want naughty horrid foods.😱. Crisps choc pizza... I'm stuck in a rut!! Any advice would be perfect.. I'm meant to be now eating around 2000cals but will this make me gain weight I've already lost? Totally mind blown 🙈

try having a drink instead of snacks between meals, I have found this to work as half the time I am not hungry just eating for the sake of it. So far so good for me.

Thank you x It really does work, it's a gr8 trick for the food monster :D I drink around 4-5 lts a day.also about 2 cups of green tea. It's mainly when I've done excercise I get really hungry when I've cooled down water can not conquer it :-/ I've heard protein after workouts but I don't get much Protein maybe that's causing me problems :-/ x
