Still gaining. My body fat is 20%. I'm definitely going to increase cardio and I am cutting back on non nutritious foods. I am going to take a break from my creatine supplement when my No-Xplode runs out.I think this will help slow down my weight gain and I will focus on losing fat instead of putting on muscle.
105.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
