thanks for the comments about my low carb day. I lost 2 lbs that day and that made me feel good, but I think it backfired because then the next few days I really wanted carbs. I was surprised how I didn't feel hungry that one day, even with so little calories. Since then I have tried for a happy medium but I don't even want to count carbs any more. The most recent book I have been rereading is The Pleasure Trap. They suggest a lot of brown rice and veggies. more later!
