Added a lot of fats yesterday (nearly a Fat Fast, but ate veggie/chicken/sausage soup for dinner). Decreased protein in order to make room calorie-wise for more fats yesterday...I figured that if a fat fast can break a stall, and the Fat Fast "how-to" on Atkins says that if that works, then any trend in that direction might work--that maybe a partial fat fast would help. I also read on Atkins.com forums that increasing fats can help break a stall. Since I've been stalled for over 2 wks, thought it was worth a try. In just one day, I finally dropped that "gained" 2 lbs already, plus another one! :)
