Yikes!! My fat percentage was too high today, so I am going to have to cut it down. I ate a whole avacado today only really looking at the net carbs so I will not do that again.

Today, I adjusted a couple of things. I am cutting out my SF Jello. I am weighing all of my food instead of logging it as a cup or a stalk, etc. I am hoping these "tweaks" will make a difference for me.

My head pain is not much better and got some worrysome news from the optomologist.......

Sounds like you are on the right track... hope everything works out with optomologist.

Don't worry about being over on the fat percentage a little bit. Be more worried when you are over on the carbs. Also, if you try to space your carbs out throughout the day, you won't have a spike in blood sugar with the evening meal that you seem to eat all your veggies in. This will also keep your ketosis at a steady rate. Looks like you are doing a great job though! Keep it up. The weight will continue to come off but it may not be as fast as the first week. Don't lose heart though. Your body will start rearranging and then the inches start to budge.
