Still decreasing, which is good. I put down that my plan was followed "poorly" because I had to put in crazy amounts of overtime at work, leaving next to no time or energy for a work out.

However! I've found several 10 minute focused work out videos on YouTube, and the plan is to try and get at least one video done a day to train various bits, keeping the Zumba and other 30 minute or longer dance workouts for days when I'm either out of work on time or for the weekends (if anyone would like links to the videos I'm using feel free to ask!)


Next weigh-in will be February 1st, and will be a small recap of where I got in January. How's the start of 2015 treating everyone else?
