Ok, another set back and they just keep coming.. Had surgery on the 13th of January. Had to be done and glad it's over. No exercise for a couple of more weeks, so going to concentrate on more water and better food choices till I can start exercising again. But this is getting ridiculous at this point it will be May again and another year of not getting anything done. I tend to stay around the 164/170 Mark. I need to break this cycle and feel that I can make that scale go down and my confidence go up.
I can honestly say that my mind is in this with me, but my stomach is a bit of a pain in the ass, especially at night time. That's my lose all self control time.
Here's to starting again.
164.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
