Bad habits are hard to break. Last night I started grazing without any consideration for daily totals. Today will work on getting back into the habit of recording everything.

For Mom - Will try to get pound puppy's pics up this weekend. He is one of those "so ugly he is cute" critters.

Never had a habit I considered good. Grazed last night and lay in bed thinking... why in the hell did I do that? I need to do some serious regrouping mentally. Tell myself I'm only supposed to eat to keep my body running. Good luck Buffy.

It's so easy to just start grabbing a little of this and that, hard to stop once you start. You are not alone in that struggle. I've got to force myself not to do it and break it off if I do or I'm in trouble. But today's another day, let last night go and just focus on today. You can do it!

It took me several weeks to get my head fully in the game. I even practiced doing the FMD *half-arsed* the week before I committed to it. Sometimes we get it in our head that we are going to be depriving ourselves if we start a diet, or for whatever reason ... and it takes a while to wrap our heads around the fact that eating healthier isn't going to kill us. It's going to help us. (That's what I keep reminding myself). I have a lot of bad eating habits. I grazed with the best of them ... Mooooooo!) Now, when I get the munchies I eat veggies or drink a cup of herbal tea with liquid Stevia drops. How weird of me. LMAO!

Mom - I love herb tea "neat". Just got to get back into the habit of making myself a mug - BEFORE the munchies hit.

You should try Red Raspberry Leaf from Traditional Herbal Medicines. I love that stuff and you think you are drinking caffeine but it's not.
