Steady as she goes. I've been doing very low calorie, but it's not working for me, and in fact is causing weight gain. I was experimenting to see if maybe I could get by with low calorie and moderate carbs, but it would appear that I'm still insulin resistant or I wouldn't be putting on weight. Kinda stinks.

I really want to end this month at 188 if humanly possible. I would HATE to end a month higher than I started. It would be a first in over 16 months.

I still have 10 days, and I think at least 3-5 pounds is bloat, so it's possible to make my goal.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Maybe try a reverse diet? Boost by a hundred calories each day for a week. Doing it slow, apparently the body will adjust for it and you will find maintenance one week when your weight goes higher. Supposedly, one the body has adjusted to the increased calories slowly and you're eating more without seeing gains, then the reduction in calories will work again. Once I'm done this cut, that's how I'll move out of it. Could it hurt? If you can eat a little more and not see gains while still doing your training, isn't that a gain? You'll have to do this anyway once you hit your goal weight. Maybe it's time for a trial run?

I would add all your calories together it they are accurate and divide by the number of days and see what the average is. I notice you have days that are higher and days that ARE real low. I think most women will lose if the average is 1200 average in their 40's-more faster weight loss if 1100-1000-/ or sometime fluctuating 1300-1000 or less with an average of 1200. Let me add this is easier SAID THAN DONE-ESPECIALLY FOR MYSELF!!

I agree. I do much better when I keep it between 1200-1300. If I drop below that my weight loss stalls. Its frustrating but that starvation mechanism surely works well lol.
