Tim Huffman's Journal, 21 January 2015

Made it through a weekend at Grandma and Grandpa's house with 0 weight gain. No travel for two, maybe 3 weeks (woo hoo), hope to get a groove with workouts and meal planning. Monday, Tuesday went well, got up and walked on the treadmill this morning, hope to hit the gym again at lunchtime. Really need a good two weeks to kick start my daily patterns.

Meals are planned and prepared for work. Plan to keep my calories low this week 1600-1800 then will adjust next week.
