I'm doing well. Recording, exercising, plenty of planning. So far so good. Eating all the right things and everything tastes delicious. I want to severely limit prepared and frozen foods, eliminate major splurges, and think 3 times before eating - - - before eating anything.
I'm thankful I'm on track and I'm thankful for the creator of 'fatsecret' and of this challenge, and I would like to encourage all challenge participants. WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
