Fight day tomorrow. I'm on track. Cutting water today, cut out sodium yesterday. 2 pounds to sweat in the morning, I might even be able to eat something before the weigh in! That would be nice. Post weigh-in meal is not ready yet, will go shopping tomorrow after the sweating session.

I feel good. Mentally strong and happy to fight. physically this cut has been the easiest. I'm getting used to it and I'm not stressing as much as before.

I just got Alan Aragon's book yesterday, nothing really new but I like this no-nonsense no-bullsh*t guy. I already made my calculations and will start the meal plan in two weeks. I have another fight next weekend and I don't want to make any big change which could cause temporary weight gain.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
