Hee hee. Logged some serious calories at the ol Sizzler (My sons birthday choice) but compensated for it all day and actually came in at a good count for the day. I ate tons of salad before I hit the steak and shrimp, and skipped the desert bar in favor of a few bites of the obscenely giant root beer float they brought for the birthday boy!
All in all a good day. 4 mile walk, 144 push ups and around 1800 cals.
