I have all our windows open, our late autumn air is warmer than the air inside our house. At least it gets aired out, even if I am freezing! LOL
My nose runs all day due to the cold air. We were meant to get a builder this week but no sign of them yet. I am going to be so mad if nothing happens. It's getting too cold! :(
I am trying to let go and let God but when you are so cold it is hard. Grrrr now I am crying!
Have started tracking my food again as my weight is not going down. TOM is lurking in my boobs and will theoretically be arriving any day but still.....
Will be ringing up this afternoon about my blood test results, I am so nervous about my cholesterol and blood sugars even though I know they should be okay while low carbing, the worst I have done is eat granulated splenda in my baking.....
sorry to sound so down today, it's hard to cope - easier when I have hope....

You know Squiggs, my mom used to air out the house in the middle of winter, often when the temps were below freezing. She claimed it got rid of all the germs and maybe it did freeze them out. But I still remember how cold the place would get when she did that. I really hope that builder shows up YESTERDAY so you can get some heat. Either that, or I hope the weather moderates with a nice warm front coming through for you. Keeping my fingers crossed so you can celebrate a good Dr.'s report!

Brrrr that sounds cold Sandy! The forecast for next week is sunny but cool days. I will take the free sun heat as much as I can! I am refreshing my mail a LOT in case the results email comes in soon LOL
