Well, it's time to get back to dieting and exercise. November and December were so crazy for me (daughter's wedding, end of the year work stuff, bought new house, etc.) that I had to put diet and exercise as a low priority. Boy does it show!
175.5 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
