OK, maybe this will be my week to get focused : ).

Traveling to Milwaukee but will prepare meals in advance and lock down my calories. Will also commit to hitting the gym 3 times this week.

199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
